1) To obtain a Driver’s Education Certificate, students must complete 10 hours of in-vehicle training
and 15 hours of classroom instruction / online course. Students are required to achieve a minimum
passing grade of 75% in the driving component and 80% in the knowledge test. Online course
must be completed within 30 days of logging into the online course.
2) After failing the first attempt in In-class/Online knowledge test, student will get one more chance to
reattempt. If the student fails to pass in the second attempt, he must complete the in-class/online
course again with a fee of $50, excluding the price of the whole course.
3) Duplicate copy of the certificate can be obtained at a cost of $25.
4) Not Sufficient Fund cheque has a service charge of $30.
5) Minimum lesson time is 2hrs; it can be reduced according to instructor’s availability.
6) With accordance to Driver Examination Regulation, Section 12.1.2a, another client may be present
during in-vehicle training.
