Contract Card

1. To obtain a Driver's Education Certificate, students must complete 10 hours of in-vehicle training and 15 hours of classroom instruction. Students are required to achieve a minimum passing grade of 75% in the driving component and 80% in the written test. After logging into the online course, it must be completed within 30 days.
2. After failing 1st attempt in In-class/Online test student will get one more chance to reattempt. If the student fails to pass in the second attempt, s/he must complete the in-class/online course again with charge of $50. (excluding the course price).
3. Student must provide 24hr cancellation notice to reschedule driving class; failure to do so will incur a $50 charge.
4. Duplicate copy of the certificate can be obtained at minimal cost of $25.
5. NSF (not sufficient fund) cheque is $30.
6. If under the influence of substance(s), class will be cancelled at student's expense.
7. Minimum lesson time is 2 hrs; it can be reduced according to instructor's availability.
8. Student must have a valid Learner's licence during the training; failure to do so will result in cancellation of the class followed by additional penalty of $50.
9. With accordance to Driver Training and Driver Examination Regulations, sec 12 (1) (2a) another client may be present during in vehicle training.

Refund Policy

1. $50/hr will be charged. Remaining amount will be returned.
2. $75 will be deducted if in class training is completed already.
